Vault ’26 Conference Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your purchase and we look forward to having you attend Vault ‘26 Conference.
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern attendance and participation in the Vault ‘26 Conference (the “Event”). If you (also “Attendee”) do not agree to these Terms, please do not attend.
1. Identification Requirements.
Attendees must present valid, government-issued photo identification matching the name on their Event ticket upon arrival. Acceptable forms of identification include:
- State-issued Driver’s License
- State-issued Identification Card
- U.S. Military Identification Card
- Passport
No exceptions will be made. Failure to provide proper identification will result in denial of entry without refund.
2. Ticketing, Transfers, and Badge Policy.
Attendees must have an individual, valid Event ticket and credential. Tickets are non-transferable and non-shareable unless expressly authorized in writing by Bet-David Consulting, LLC (“Company’). Any attempted unauthorized transfer, resale, duplication, or sharing of tickets or credentials will result in cancellation without refund.
Ticket transfers or name changes may be permitted solely at the discretion of Company and only at the onsite Help Desk; additional fees may apply.
Entry is subject to badge scanning and security screening. Lost, stolen, or damaged credentials may be replaced at the discretion of Company upon presentation of valid identification. Replacement is not guaranteed, and fees may apply.
No individual under the age of thirteen (13) is permitted to attend the Event. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
3. Security and Entry Screening
All persons, bags, equipment, and effects brought to the Event are subject to inspection and search by Company representatives, venue personnel, or licensed security contractors. Refusal to submit to inspection shall result in denial of entry or removal from the premises without refund.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
- Firearms, weapons, or sharp objects of any kind
- Illegal substances or drug paraphernalia
- Outside food or beverages (exceptions require prior written approval)
- Professional recording equipment (audio, video, or photography)
- Drones or unmanned aerial vehicles
- Poles, signs, banners, or noise-amplifying devices
- Bags exceeding 12" x 6" x 12"
- Unauthorized promotional materials or literature
Violation of these provisions may result in removal from the Event, credential revocation, and/or notification of law enforcement.
4. Accessibility and Accommodations
Company complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and applicable state and local laws. Reasonable accommodations for disabled individuals will be made upon request. Requests may be submitted in advance via email to events@vt.com or made in person at the onsite Help Desk.
5. Service Animals
Only service animals as defined by the ADA are permitted within the Event venue. Emotional support animals, therapy animals, or pets are not permitted. Handlers are responsible for maintaining control of their service animals at all times.
6. Seating
General Admission seating is unassigned and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserved or preferred seating may be designated for specific credential tiers (e.g., VIP, Sponsor, Press) and shall be subject to further rules and restrictions.
Saving seats is strictly prohibited. Reentry to previously occupied seating is not guaranteed.
Please be advised that in open seating areas, there is no guarantee the same seat will be available after a break or for subsequent Event sessions. Early arrival is the best way to ensure your preferred seating.
7. Hotel Accommodations
Company is not responsible for any accommodations arranged by or through third-party hotel providers. Attendees are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the applicable hotel and its personnel. Company disclaims all liability for hotel cancellations, charges, or conduct.
8. Health and Safety Protocols
Attendee agrees to comply with all health and safety protocols implemented by Company, the Event venue, and/or governmental authorities.
Please be advised that the Event may feature amplified music, keynote presentations, or audiovisual effects that may reach elevated sound levels. Individuals with sensitivities to sound are encouraged to take appropriate precautions. Ear protection is recommended and will be available upon request at the onsite Help Desk.
Strobe or flashing lighting effects may be used during the Event and could trigger seizures or other adverse reactions in individuals with photosensitive epilepsy or light sensitivities. Attendee discretion is advised.
Attendance at the Event is voluntary and undertaken at the Attendee’s sole risk. Company shall not be liable for any illness, injury, property loss, or other harm except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Company or its personnel.
9. Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverages will be served only to attendees who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older and who present valid government-issued identification. Alcohol may only be consumed in designated areas. Company and venue staff reserve the right to deny or discontinue alcohol service to any individual exhibiting signs of intoxication. Violations may result in removal without refund.
10. Code of Conduct
Company is committed to providing a professional and inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, hate speech, threats, intoxication, or any conduct deemed unsafe or inappropriate by Company or venue staff will result in immediate ejection without refund and may result in revocation of future attendance privileges.
11. Online Conduct
These Terms extend to all Event-related digital properties, including affiliated forums, social media platforms, and post-Event community spaces. Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior in these digital spaces will result in removal from online groups and forfeiture of participation in future Company events.
12. Solicitation Policy
Unauthorized solicitation, distribution of promotional materials, recruiting, or commercial activity is strictly prohibited at the Event. Violators will be removed from the premises without refund and may be barred from future participation.
13. Recordings and Publicity Release
By attending the Event, you grant Company and its partners a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and publish your name, likeness, voice, or image (“Image”) captured during the Event for any purpose, including marketing, promotion, documentation, and archival use.
Attendee hereby grants Company, its licensees, partners, and assigns the perpetual right to use, reproduce and distribute any photographic, digital and/or video images of you which are recorded at the Event, as well as any audio for any purpose, including but not limited to, use in print materials, websites, social media and broadcast media. Images will not be used by Company for parody or comedic purposes.
Attendee understands that no compensation will be provided for the use of Images.
Attendees may not record, live stream, photograph, or distribute Event content, whether audio, video, or visual—without the express prior written permission of the Company.
Attendees who violate the rules set forth in this section will be escorted off the premises without reentry and their ticket(s) will be deemed forfeited.
14. Press and Media Access
Members of the media must submit a credential request in advance and receive written approval from the Company. Approved press must wear official press credentials at all times. Unauthorized media access is prohibited and will result in immediate ejection.
All press inquiries must be directed to events@vt.com.
15. No Guarantee of Results
Company makes no representations or warranties regarding any outcomes, opportunities, or results that may be derived from attending the Event. All content presented is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, investment, medical, or professional advice. Attendees are solely responsible for any decisions based on Event content.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be solely governed by and construed as to the validity, enforcement, interpretation, construction and effect, and in all other aspects by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties. If the parties are unable to agree upon an arbitrator, the AAA shall appoint the arbitrator. All arbitration proceedings shall be conducted remotely via video conference or similar technology. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. In the event of an arbitration proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms, each party shall be responsible for its own attorney fees and costs.
17. Conduct and Removal
The Company and venue reserve the right to remove or deny entry to any individual, without refund, who violates these Terms, poses a security or health risk, or whose behavior is disruptive, unlawful, or otherwise inconsistent with the goals and policies of the Event.
18. Program Changes
Speakers, schedule, session topics, and Event experiences are subject to change at the discretion of the Company. No refunds or credits shall be issued for such changes.
19. Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Please carefully review your Event order before confirming your purchase. All Event sales are considered final, and no refunds shall be granted (except for the limited circumstance described in the “Customer Satisfaction” section below). However, credit as described herein may be provided at the sole discretion of Company.
Credit
At the sole discretion of Company, a request for credit to a future Event may be fulfilled if, and only if, said request is submitted to events@vt.com at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the start of the Event. Please note that both processing fees on ticket purchases and complimentary and transferred tickets are not eligible for credit.
Force Majeure
If the Event is postponed due to a condition or conditions beyond the reasonable control of Company (“Force Majeure Conditions”), then any tickets purchased for such Event shall automatically roll over and apply to the rescheduled date for that Event. Force Majeure Conditions include, but are not limited to fire; flood; inclement weather; accident; earthquakes; telecommunication line failures; electrical outages; network failures; acts of God; terrorism; civil commotion; epidemics or pandemics; government shutdowns or labor disputes; and any other circumstance whereby the safety and health of the community at large is compromised. If the Event cannot be rescheduled within one hundred eighty (180) days of the originally scheduled date, then you may elect to receive a credit to a future Event by communicating your election to events@vt.com. Please note that both processing fees on ticket purchases and complimentary and transferred tickets are not eligible for credit.
Customer Satisfaction
Subject to the conditions described in this section and at the sole discretion of Company, you may receive a refund during the Event. Eligibility for such refund is contingent upon the following: You must: (i) attend the Event up until the day 2 afternoon meal break; and (ii) request the refund at the Event Help Desk during such break. This shall be the only time that a refund will be available during the Event. You may be asked, at the sole discretion of Company, to return your Event materials, including without limitation, your badge, workbooks, manuals and related document packets upon requesting a refund at the Event.
Refunds shall be processed pursuant to the timetable of the payment processor, but normally no later than thirty (30) days from the date of request.
In lieu of a refund, you may choose to receive a credit to attend a future Event.
Non-Attendance
No refund or credit will be provided to customers who purchased a ticket and do not attend the Event.
Multiple Ticket Purchases
If you purchase multiple tickets for the same tier at different fees, and subsequently request a partial refund, then such refund shall be applied to the lowest-priced tickets first, regardless of the order in which the tickets were purchased.
Non-Refundable Processing Fees
Any refunds issued by Company may, at Company’s sole discretion, be reduced by any fees, charges, or costs incurred by Company in connection with processing the refund, including, but not limited to, fees charged by payment processors or financial institutions.
20. Amendments to Terms
Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms shall be published on the official Event website at www.vault2026.com Continued use of any credential or attendance at the Event following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
